Taco Bell Wedding Guide

Let’s taco-bout weddings! One of the most interesting things about Las Vegas is all the exciting places you can get married at! That’s why people come here from all over the world to get married, right? You can get married at Mandalay Bay’s Shark Reef or at the Mob Museum downtown Las Vegas. But one place no one thinks about is…wait for it…Taco Bell! Taco Bell Cantina Las Vegas on the strip offers wedding services! Never thought of a Taco Bell Wedding? You might now.

Although there’s multiple Taco Bell Cantina across the country, the Taco Bell Cantina Las Vegas is the only place you can get married at. Due to the confusing wedding process for an out-of-the-country wedding destination, couples stop by here to do a quick ceremony and then have their actual wedding elsewhere.

The difference between Taco Bell and Taco Bell Cantina is that Taco Bell Cantina is a little more upscale. They serve tapas-like appetizers and alcoholic drinks. The prices are a bit more expensive than your corner Taco Bell restaurant but with it being on the strip, that just comes naturally.

Taco Bell Wedding Package

As the wedding service was launched in 2017, Taco Bell actually offers quite a few things for their wedding package and it’s not that expensive. You definitely get your money’s worth. It’ll be a memorable wedding – I mean, how many people do you know that got married at Taco Bell? Such an unique place to get married and budget friendly. If you think that weddings are just overrated and want to do something different – besides getting married by Elvis Presley – Taco Bell is your place.

Wedding Swag

The wedding swag consists of Taco Bell merchandise that they will provide for your wedding. This includes:

  • Sauce Packet Garter and Bow Tie
  • Just Married T-Shirts
  • Champagne Flutes
  • Cinnabon Delights
  • Taco Party Pack

To be honest, a sauce packet garter and bow tie is just too great. Champagne flutes with baja blast? Sounds like a dream. And a taco party pack? Sold! It’s a party!

Ceremony

Your next question is probably, “Where will the ceremony take place?” Interestingly, Taco Bell Cantina has a wedding chapel located on the second floor of the restaurant. The Taco Bell chapel also has a view of the famous Las Vegas Strip. The ceremony is usually around 30 minutes and comes with an ordained officiant. Not too shabby.

Reception

Tacos, Baja Blast, and Friends – what else could you want? Your taco party pack comes with 12 tacos and a Cinnabon Delights cake. Of course, you can buy more food off their menu. The reception area seats up to 15 people but the entire 2nd floor can seat up to 65 people. So if you’re looking for intimacy, this is it! The best part of it is that they recently renovated the room.

Bouquet

If you’re not really a huge fan of flowers, Taco Bell Cantina has your back. The wedding bouquet is seriously one of a kind – it’s made entirely from the sauce packets! Their reasoning? As flower bouquets are for weddings, sauce packets are for Taco Bell. This is the definition of an unforgettable, unique wedding.

Does Taco Bell Cater Weddings?

Okay, so you’re not really digging the whole getting married at Taco Bell thing but maybe you’re thinking about catering Taco Bell to your venue. Perhaps, this is where you and your finance had your first date or a place you eat out at every week. Thankfully, Taco Bell caters to weddings! A hard shell taco while being drunk on a dance floor actually sounds great right now.

Price

How much is a Taco Bell Wedding? Their entire wedding package costs only $600. Not that bad for an all-inclusive wedding, plus an officiant.

I love that Taco Bell has its own wedding services – it’s enjoyable yet quirky. Everyone knows that you can elope in Vegas – that’s what people do. But most don’t know about Taco Bell’s wedding option. Getting married by an Elvis Presley look-alike is fun and all but this just tops the cake.

Busiest Time

2020 has been a wild roller coaster but that doesn’t mean couples weren’t determined! I interviewed Victoria, the general manager at Taco Bell Cantina, and asked her how busy it’s been during the pandemic. “Even with the pandemic, there was still about one wedding a week. Before the pandemic, there were about 2-3 weddings a week,” she said.

Victoria also mentioned how the month of October is the busiest time for them – it’s always packed and there’s a wedding just about every day! Maybe it’s because the weather in October is perfect or the fact Halloween is around the corner – regardless, plan accordingly.

Order Your Wedding

“We’re getting married at Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas!” Perfect, now all you have to do is go to the counter and order a “wedding” right off their menu. I know, this sounds crazy but it’s that easy! If you don’t believe me, stop by and ask them next time you’re in Vegas.

You will need to book the wedding at least three hours before your ceremony. 7pm is the latest time so you need to book by 4pm.

Also, you should have your marriage license before your ceremony so make sure you do some research. The cost to obtain a marriage license is $77 and issued by Clark County. If you were ever choosing between Taco Bell and Wedding Bells, you can now do both! Taco Bell Cantina Las Vegas is ultimately one of the most unique places to get married.
